based in our Brighton, MI office. The ideal candidate will have experience in property
tax compliance and consulting and meet the criteria listed below to support the Primary
Responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Accounting, Finance, or related degree required.
- 1 to 3 years property tax experience preferred.
- Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive follow-up and attention to detail required.
- Solid time and calendar management skills.
- Sound judgment in dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Personal property return preparation.
- Assessment confirmation.
- Tax bill review and approval.
- Maintain and update client data in national property tax system.
- Assist in real and personal property consulting projects.
- Assist in real and personal property appeal projects.
- Coordinate exchange of information with local Paradigm Offices.

Associate or Consultant
Austin, Texas
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in all aspects
of property tax consulting. The duties include but are not limited to client management
and administration, business development, researching and reviewing assessments, filing
appeals, negotiating property tax assessments, communicating with various Appraisal District
personnel, appearing before Appraisal Review Boards, maintaining internal operational
database, interacting with Paradigm personnel and responsibility for certain aspects
of business management. Excellent communications and computer skills required and positive
professional bearing a plus. College degree and active Property Tax Consulting License
required. The compensation package is commensurate with experience, skill sets,

Managing Consultant
Paradigm Tax Group's continued national growth has created an immediate
opening for a property tax managing consultant.
This managing consultant candidate will
have 2–4 years of experience in various aspects of property tax consulting. Duties include,
but are not limited to; client management and administration, business development, researching
and reviewing assessments, filing appeals, assisting senior managing consultants in negotiating
property tax assessments, communicating with county assessors and their representatives,
appearing before valuation appeal boards , maintaining internal client database, and
interacting with Paradigm personnel nationally. Excellent communications and computer
skills are required, and a positive and professional demeanor is a plus. Bachelor's Degree
is required and licensing and/or certifications in areas of real estate and tax assessment
