Our Traditional Consulting Positions

Senior Managing Consultant

The Senior Managing Consultant candidate will have 10 plus years of experience in all aspects of property tax consulting. Duties include, but are not limited to: client management and administration, business development, researching and reviewing assessments, filing appeals, negotiating property tax assessments, communicating with various assessment personnel, appearing before boards or property tax commissions, maintaining internal operational database, interacting with Paradigm personnel nationwide and responsibility for many aspects of business management. The candidate will possess expertise in areas of real estate valuation and tax assessment methodology. Expertise in hospitality valuation is a plus.

Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree and real estate licensing and/or valuation certifications. A positive, professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills are required.

Managing Consultant

The Managing Consultant candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in many aspects of property tax consulting. Duties include, but are not limited to: client management and administration, some business development, researching and reviewing assessments, filing appeals, assisting Senior Managing Consultant in negotiating property tax assessments, communicating with various assessment personnel, appearing before boards of review and revision, maintaining internal operational database, interacting with Paradigm personnel nationwide.

Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree and real estate licensing and/or valuation certifications. A positive, professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills are required.

Consultant

The Consultant candidate will have two to four years of experience in various aspects of property tax consulting. Duties include, but are not limited to; client management and administration, some business development, researching and reviewing assessments, filing appeals, assisting senior managing consultants in negotiating property tax assessments, communicating with county assessors and their representatives, appearing before valuation appeal boards, maintaining internal client database, and interacting with Paradigm personnel nationally.

Bachelor's Degree is required and licensing and/or certifications in areas of real estate and tax assessment are preferred. A positive, professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills are required.

Associate

The Associate candidate will be working with clients on property tax related issues. Duties include, but are not limited to: involvement in appeal hearings and/or audit representation, assisting in valuation issues, research and acquiring knowledge of property jurisdictions throughout the state(s) for which they are responsible, update internal operational database with tax values, status and notes, and interacting with Paradigm personnel nationwide.

BS/BA preferred with concentration in real estate, finance, accounting, economics and/or general business. Appraisal experience and/or knowledge a plus. A positive, professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills are required.
