Property Tax Forecasting/Estimation

Pollution Control Credits and Exemptions
In order to meet clean air and water quality standards, many states encourage investments in and provide multiple tax exemptions for equipment designed to control and reduce pollution. Paradigm Tax Group’s Pollution Control experts possess a unique knowledge of the process of identifying a client’s existing pollution control equipment and securing the multi-tax benefits associated with that equipment. Paradigm Tax Group offers a three phase Pollution Control Program beginning with feasibility, followed by identification and certification of pollution controlling assets with proper authorities. The final step is verification which includes providing exemption documentation and assisting the client with filing exemption applications. Purchase Price Allocation
Most assessing authorities consider the sale price of a property to be the best indication of market value. It is, however, common practice for a commercial or industrial building sale price to reflect more than just the real property component of the transaction. Paradigm Tax Group’s Purchase Price Allocation experts specialize in extracting assets such as personal property and other intangibles that are not part of the real property from the reported sale price. This results in an assessment below the sale price, thus saving significant tax dollars for the duration of ownership. Asset Tagging
