real estate appraisers, machinery and equipment
appraisers, engineers, attorneys, corporate controllers
and many more. Our flexibility and professional

Accruals
Paradigm Tax Group has the national exposure
from managing properties in thousands of taxing
jurisdictions to provide punctual and precise
tax estimates for our clients. Our database
retains detailed property tax information for
each client's properties, throughout the United
States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Utilizing
the historic and current information in our
database enables us to furnish accurate and
timely accruals for our clients on an ongoing
basis. Paradigm Tax Group is also able to assist
in site assessment by supplying estimates for
future acquisitions. We provide accrual estimates
for our clients as part of our management services,
but many clients prefer to calculate their
own estimates.
Auditing
Auditing of personal property records
by states and localities is on the increase. In
response to the expansion of states that audit,
Paradigm Tax Group maintains a full-time department
of audit specialists.
Office Visits
Many auditors wish to conduct their audits
at the client's office. We desire to host the auditor
in our office. We are generally successful in convincing
the auditor to come to our office because we retain
all the filing information and records needed.
In the rare cases where the auditor insists on
visiting a client's office, we work with our client's
personnel to assist the auditor or we will send
a representative from our office to assist in the
audit process.
Maintain Correspondence
As our clients' property tax managers,
auditors contact us with notification of pending
audits. We coordinate the date and time of the
audit, as well as which clients and properties
are involved in the audit. We maintain all correspondence
and requests made by auditors.
Provision of Records
Paradigm Tax Group retains all filing
records for our clients. We, therefore, provide
all necessary asset listings, explanations of classifications,
and general ledgers to auditors.
Negotiate Discoveries and File Appeals
As auditors conduct their work, we engage
in negotiations with them regarding our filing
to minimize discoveries. If discoveries are made,
we review the auditor’s findings and file
necessary appeals. As with all other value appeals,
we negotiate these to completion.
