Bob Dunlap Rejoins Paradigm Tax Group as Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors
Paradigm Tax Group (Paradigm) is pleased to announce that Bob Dunlap has rejoined the Company as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors. Bob has been a thought leader in the commercial real estate and property tax services industry for more than 25 years. Bob led KPMG’s national property tax practice beginning in 1992 and then founded Paradigm Tax Group in 2004, before retiring from a formal role in 2014.
As an advisor to the Board, Bob will help the Company identify and evaluate long-term opportunities in commercial real estate and property tax services. “Bob has always been involved with Paradigm, but it is great to have him back in a formal role advising our Board,” said Steve Stubitz, Chairman of the Paradigm Board. “Our team is focused on several strategic opportunities to advance Paradigm’s growth and it’s great to have Bob’s perspective as the Board evaluates these opportunities,” continued Stubitz. Rob Foster, Paradigm’s President, continued “Bob’s unique insights into the industry will be an asset to us as we look to expand our scope of services and reach in the industry. I look forward to working with Bob on a number of our most strategic initiatives.”
According to Bob Dunlap, “I have always advised Steve and the Board informally over the years and it’s great to be back in a more active role. Paradigm has several exciting opportunities to better serve existing clients, bring our industry-leading capabilities to new clients, and develop new products and services to continue to transform the property tax industry.”
